1. He Loves Her.
I know this might sound kind of weird to some people, but the truth is, when some guys love, they love deeply and won’t easily let go without putting up a tough fight.
I understand that some women do this also when they love a guy, but the fact is, when some men fall in love, they fall so hard that you can’t easily talk them out of it or persuade them to leave you alone.

Although I’m not a preacher of this, and I’m not against it, sometimes chasing women who don’t seem interested, hoping to get a chance later, doesn’t usually end well.
So, some men chase one girl consistently, hoping that one day a chance may come for them.
3. Some Men Like Chasing.
This is no joke, but some men love it when a woman is playing hard to get, and they are always chasing consistently.
This sounds unbelievable, but that’s the fact. Some do it subconsciously when they like a woman.
4. Desperation.
Being desperate is another reason why some men want women who don’t want them back.
Women are not the only ones who get desperate for a relationship; some men do too, especially when they like you or when they are being pressured by their parents or peer group to get a girlfriend.
In such a case, if such a man happens to get familiar with you or like you, he might be subjected to trying his best to have you just to prove a point to his parents or peer group.
5. He Might Be After Your Body.
Sometimes, men wanting women who don’t want them is not always out of love or anything else; rather, he just wants to have you in his bed and later leave you.
Yes, many men do this. They chase harder, spoil you with all manner of gifts, try every means necessary to convince you and get you laid, then they are done and move on to the next woman they are fantasizing about.
So, next time he comes preaching to you how he loves you and can’t do without you even though you seem to be pushing him away, try to know his real intentions.
6. Low Self-Esteem.
Some men have low self-esteem and are very shy that they can’t simply move on to other girls and ask them out; hence, they insist on getting that particular girl whom they have become familiar with.
Inability to talk to other girls and probably ask them out is one of the core reasons why some men want women who don’t want them, because they don’t have options due to their lack of self-confidence.
7. To Protect Their Pride.
Some do this not out of love or any form of affection, but simply to protect their pride.
Not all men take rejection from women so easily. Some men are so arrogant that once you say no to them, you have automatically activated the arrogance in them, and they would do anything to get you just to satisfy their pride and to prove a point.
